HomeFix Calendar · Home maintenance · Web app

Your house is on a schedule whether you know it or not.

HomeFix Calendar asks six questions about your home and builds a Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter plan with only the tasks that apply to it. It reminds you before things get expensive, and tells you what the house costs to keep.

Free tier · 14 days of full Pro access, no card · No account · Nothing leaves your device

HomeFix Calendar home screen: the fall checklist, what is due in the next 30 days, and the next tasks
Sound familiar?

Nobody hands you a manual at closing.

  • I found out about the gutters when the basement got wet.
  • I can't remember when the furnace was last serviced.
  • The checklists online have chimney tasks for a house with no chimney.
  • I have no idea what this house actually costs to keep each year.

None of that is a skill problem. It's a knowing-when problem.

  • No accountNothing to sign up for. Open it and start.
  • Stays on your deviceYour data lives in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
  • Works offlineA basement with no signal is fine.

HomeFix Calendar cost projection

The number nobody gives you

Annual upkeep plus a monthly reserve for the roof, HVAC and water heater, checked against the 1%-of-value and $1-per-square-foot rules.

Screens show a sample cold-climate house set up in the app.

A record you'll be glad you kept

Every task, service call and dollar, with model and serial numbers, warranty dates and full appliance history. Exportable: the thing a buyer's inspector actually asks for.

Questions

Before you buy

What does it cost?

The free tier is free to use. HomeFix Pro is $25 once, with no subscription, and you get 14 days of full Pro access first, with no card.

What happens after the 14 days?

Your data stays on your device, and the free tier keeps working. Nothing is held hostage.

Can't I just use a checklist I found online?

You can, and it will list chimney tasks you don't need and skip the sump pump you do. It also won't remind you, won't remember what you did, and won't tell you what any of it costs.

Is my home data going anywhere?

No. Everything lives in your browser on your device. There is no account and no server. Export a backup any time.

How well do the reminders work on my phone?

That depends on your browser and platform. Notification support varies, and iOS Safari is the most restrictive. The app checks what your device allows and tells you plainly in the Reminders sheet. Try it on the phone you would actually use before you rely on it.

I have two properties.

Multi-property is on the roadmap. For now the app handles one home well.

Give your house a schedule.

Six questions, and you'll know what's due this season.
