Privacy Policy

PK Publishing (pkpublishing.com) is an independent publisher run by Perry Kendrick under PK Ventures Studios LLC, a Florida company. This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Email signup. If you join the New Release Alerts list, we collect the first name and email address you type into the form. We use them only to tell you when a new PK Publishing title goes live. The form data is sent to our email and contact tool (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which stores it for us. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at the address below and we will remove you.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (for example from Pinterest, YouTube or search), and what device and country they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, which Google uses to produce these reports. We do not use it to identify you by name. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and requested page, for security and reliability.
What we do not collect
We do not have user accounts, and we do not take payments on this site. We never see your card number. Purchases are completed on other sites: Amazon for books, our store at store.pkpublishing.com for PDF guides, and Stripe's hosted checkout for the paid versions of our browser apps. Those services handle your payment and order details under their own privacy policies.
Our browser apps
PK Publishing offers small apps that run in your web browser: RenovaTrack, HomeFix Calendar, ADHD Audio Engine, UnstickMe and AppDeadline. They have no accounts and nothing to install.
- Your data stays on your device. What you enter (renovation budgets and quotes, house details and maintenance tasks, timer settings, college lists and deadlines) is saved in your own browser storage. We do not receive it and cannot see it, and it is not uploaded to a server. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers or switching devices will remove it, so export or note down anything you need to keep.
- Works offline. After the first load, the apps are designed to keep working without an internet connection.
- Optional features. HomeFix Calendar and AppDeadline can ask your browser for permission to show reminder notifications. You can say no, and you can turn the permission off in your browser settings at any time. UnstickMe reads its prompts aloud using the voice built into your browser or device; the audio is generated on your device. The ADHD Audio Engine creates its sounds on your device and does not stream anything.
- Payments. Paid upgrades and purchases go through Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe collects your payment and contact details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the purchase, not your card number.
- Analytics and fonts. The AppDeadline pages use the same Google Analytics 4 setup described above. The app and information pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Not medical advice. ADHD Audio Engine and UnstickMe are focus tools. They are not a treatment for ADHD or any condition, and they do not collect health information.

Pages here link to Amazon, Etsy, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and our store. Once you leave pkpublishing.com, that site's own privacy policy applies. Embedded or linked social platforms may set their own cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above who help us run the site and the email list, or if the law requires it.
Children
This site is written for adults, including parents and educators who buy books and guides for young readers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has joined our email list, contact us and we will delete the entry. Pages for adult fiction are marked and age-gated.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Residents of some states and countries have additional legal rights to access or delete their data; we will honor those requests as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
